Orders
All bakes are made fresh to order. Please order at least 24 hours ahead; celebration and custom cakes need more notice. You will receive an order number on the confirmation page, and we may contact you on 94416 96619 to confirm details.
Delivery & pickup
We deliver to the pincodes listed on our Contact page within the time slot you choose. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. For pickup, please collect your order within your chosen slot from #696, 3rd Street, SBI Lane, Sriram Nagar, Block B, Kondapur, Hyderabad – 500084.
Cancellations & refunds
As our bakes are perishable and made to order, cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your slot for a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds for online payments are processed through Razorpay and usually reach you in 5–7 working days. If something isn’t right with your order, message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 2 hours of receiving it.
Allergens
All our products are eggless. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and soy — please mention allergies in the order notes.
Privacy
We collect your name, phone, email and address only to fulfil your order and contact you about it. Payments are handled securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. We don’t sell your data.
